Adelaide Isabella var Ruthern (Born 1584), also known as Adelaide-Isabel of Metterden, was Queen consort of Barbanov-ruled Haense as the wife of Marius I. Not much is known about her life before her tenure as Queen, but former royal courtiers claim that she was close with Princess Julia Barbanov, an aunt to the young queen's husband. It is believed that Adelaide fled Haense along with her husband upon their defeat at the hands of the Kingdom of Courland. Her son, Stephen I of Haense, would later regain his throne & kingdom.
