Anna Henrietta d'Arkent (1784-1821) was Baroness-consort of Carrington from 1803-1810 as wife to Baron Charles Augustus until his abdication and departure to sea. During and after her tenure, she was also the longest running and first fema,e Governess of The Augustine Palacein history, until she and her son, Wilhelm Lucius, would revile themselves in a series of actions posthumously known as the Carrington Cover-up Scandal of 1821. Anna Henrietta took the largest hit from the scandal after it was rumored that she had been unfaithful not once but numerous times to her husband, giving rise to her scandalization as both a lady of Orenian society and of the canonist faith, subsequently stepping down as Governess and fleeing to Henry's Wharf to sail away in search of her husband, where it is presumed she died in a sea storm.
