King Thomas Ruric also known as Thomas "The Rat" or Thomas "The Salt King" was the sixth King of Norland, presumed dead after he went missing, prior to losing the Battle against the Holy Orenian Empire in a large field battle sometime during his reign in the Dreadlands. Thomas's reign was mainly spent fighting an ever lasting war against the Imperials during both the Third Rurikid Uprising and the Krajian Rebellion.

Thomas was born on the 3rd of the Grand Harvest in the year 1538, during the majority of his years as a teen he spent learning the art of combat, as was Ruric tradition.
