Frost Vine is a blue ivy. It is found wrapped around tree trunks in taigas, and is used as a local anesthetic.
Description
Frost Vine is a thin blue vine. As it grows around a trunk, it forms a spiraling blue trail that is easy to distinguish. The plant also produces a numbing effect similar to ice.
Habitat and distribution
Frost Vine is found in colder areas, usually taigas, and in the shade. It can not be farmed.
Harvesting
Due to Frost Vine's numbing effect, harvesters are recommended to wear gloves or use tools to grasp and pull the vine from the tree.
Uses
Frost Vine is primarily used for its numbing effect, which takes hold after five minutes of contact. However, it does not relieve pain like Blissfoil, nor does it accelerate healing.
Ingesting Frost Vine produces no noticeable effects.
