Safiye Stateira Basrid (High Imperial: Sophia Juliya), otherwise known as Lady Safiye of Susa, was a member of the house Basrid. She was the fourth child and first daughter to Ser Jahan Basrid, 1st count of Susa and Selene Sabari. She married and later divorced Prince Peter, Count of Kaphro, and started the Scouts of Helena and later the Scouts of Providence.
