Azaghal Doomforged was the right-hand of the Grand King of Urguan, Rhewen Frostbeard, throughout his reign aligning with the Eighteen Years' War, during which time he served as a commander and diplomat. Towards the end of Rhewen's tenure, he also served as his Lord Regent, signing the Treaty of West Avar on his behalf which ended the war. In addition to this, he was the Clan-father of Clan Doomforged.
Upon his confirmation of the treaty, it is believed he attempted to use his capacity as Lord Regent to usurp the power of the absent monarch, however he was himself overthrown by Urguanite dwarves and exiled from the capital city.
His current whereabouts are unknown, though he is presumed to be alive.
