Reign
Frederick Louis de Joannes, regally known as Frederick II, Prince of Sedan, was the Fourth Monarch since its formation. He inherited the title at a very young age, just like his Grandfather with his same namesake. Frederick was born as the second son of Joseph I of Sedan and Augustina of Balian.
Ascension to the Throne
Frederick Louis de Joannes is the secondborn son of Joseph I of Sedan and Augustina of Balian. He ascended to the throne after recieving the support and backing of Prince Peter Johann de Joannes. Johann claimed that the firstborn son had a disability and thus shouldn't inherit the throne. Thus, Johann drafted a proclamation and declared the secondborn son was to inherit the throne, after the child's Father, Joseph I departed the Principality to travel. With no opposition contesting the proclamation, the succession went through, and Frederick ascended to the throne unopposed. He would regally be known as Frederick II.
