| − | The Knight Commander is the highest office one can obtain as a knight of the Order. They are handpicked by the Patriarch of the House of Valyn and sworn to follow him. They answer to no one besides the patriarch, and hold principle command over the order. Instead of having the usual tabard of a standard knight of the Order, they have a crimson cloak with a black lion on it, they also have plumes on their helmets which differs them from normal commanders. Additionally, Knight Commanders coming from House Valyn can have different helmets.
