Tuvya Siegmundovic, known before his accession as Brother Blue and regally as Tobias I (Common: Tobias Sigismund; High Imperial: Tobias Segimundus; Raevir: Tuvya Siegmundovic), of the House of Carrion, was Holy Orenian Emperor from the death of his son Boris I in 1467 to his abdication in 1480. Being the illegitimate son of Sigismund to Princess Lorin Chivay of Kaedrin, he was commonly called Rosebud in reference to his mother's line: the House of Chivay.
