Talar'nor

Talar'nor came to be from the remnant of the First Principality of Celia'nor. It was a short-lived realm within Aevos' western shores. Unable to prosper, the realm fell into decay and was abandoned by its inhabitants.
History
On Almaris
On the very last month in which the descendants dwelled in the lands of Almaris, Veralya Wynasul, with the support of her council dissolved the Principality of Celia'nor.
On Aevos
Alongside the other descendants, the newly-formed people and state landed upon the shores of Aevos where they erected a great city upon the western Fjords.
