Talar'nor

Created to supplant the decay that was known as Celia'nor, Talar'nor proudly declares itself as a realm of a new dawn emerging from the previous darkness. Its majestic ivory bridge serves as a gateway to a more prosperous existence for those who pursue it. While primarily governed by and comprised of High Elves, Talar'nor welcomes any Elves who are willing to adhere to its legislation and partake in its culture.
History
On Almaris
On the very last month in which the descendants dwelled in the lands of Almaris, Veralya Wynasul, with the support of her council and people dissolved the Principality of Celia'nor - a state which was founded by Ivarielle Ibarellan, who became more and more hated by her own people as time progressed. A new state based upon new ideals, with a new name was then created in hopes to emerge upon a new horizon of the future, doing away with the previous regime under Ivarielle. This new state was then named the Principality of Talar'nor - the Land of the Horizon.
On Aevos
Alongside the other descendants, the newly-formed people and state landed upon the shores of Aevos where they erected a great city upon the western Fjords.
