Talar'nor came to be from the remnant of the First Principality of Celia'nor. It was a short-lived realm within Aevos' western shores. Unable to prosper, the realm fell into decay and was abandoned by its inhabitants.

History

After the fall of the first Celian capital, Fi'Andria the Celian People moved itno Camp Savoy alongside the other survivors of the Mori Wars which displaced the descendants from Almaris. On the very last month in which the descendants dwelled in the lands of Almaris, Veralya Wynasul, with the support of her council dissolved the Principality of Celia'nor:

Following the destruction of our lands and the transition away from the Ibarellan to a new ruling talonii, Princess Veralya Wynasul I declared her intentions to renew and revitalize what we once knew as the Principality of Celia’nor, officially beginning upon this very day with the call for a new name to be granted upon the nation. The Princess allowed the citizenry to cast their vote upon three names chosen by the Laurir’heial and thus, with the vast majority of ballots, the Principality of Talar’nor was born, the Land of the Horizon.

Alongside the other descendants, the newly-formed people and state landed upon the shores of Aevos where they erected a great city upon the western Fjords. Veralya, Talar'nors first ruling Princess had her town based on the plans she found of Illarion Ibarellan, former Prince of Celia'nor. Eventually however, the rule of the Wynasul did not not come to fruition as more and more people departed the realm during her rule. She eventually stepped down, naming her cousin Veynora Wynasul the next Princess. Under her rule the state slowly withered away and most of its inhabitants moved eastward into Lurin, where the Celian people began to gather anew, in a place named Celia'lin, a humble winery.

Eventually, the Principality was deserted entirely. Decades later, the same location was resettled by the Wood-Elves of Nevaehlen in their search of a new home.
