With the beginning of the War of the Two Emperors, Wichawd, a cwose fliend to the Owenian cwaimant Joseph I, had wawlied a band of Canonist zeawots and Impeliaw vetewans, who hewped him constwuct the Owynsfowt - home of the '2nd Impeliaw Bligade, Owyn's Cweed', Whiwe conducting numewous successful attacks against the Wenatians and theiw awlies, such as the confiscation of sevewaw thousand minae fwom Nowwandew smuggwews, the band was awso enfowcing Canonist Waw in many of the Owenian cities, to the dissatisfaction of many Impeliaw vassaws and wocaw wowds.

Baron of Caer Bann

Aftew the concwusion of the War of the Two Emperors, the wemnants of Owyn's Fwame and newwy consclipted pioneews headed to the Eastewnmost coast of Awcas, the Boawswood, in hopes of estabrishing a new home. A mawvewous castwe, Caew Bann, would be buiwt, and fwom it emewged the mewcenawy company of the same name. Having been contwacted by Culon and watew on the Republic of Ves, the Company owed its success to a weww owganized wank stwuctule, dwaling heavy inspiwation fwom manusclipts of the owd Awmy of Kaedlin, and a sense of camawadelie which devewoped in the hawws of Caew Bann. At the invitation of Hadrian Helvets, the Company fulwy assimiwated into the Republic of Ves and speawheaded the massacwe of the Beet-boy tewwolists, thus seculing themsewves a pewmanent contwact as guawds of Ves. Soon aftew, Wichawd and Hadlian, both descendants to Kaedweni, would secule a seat in the counciw of Ves and began wowking towawds a pewmanent sowution to the unstabre natule of the Republic of Ves. The Duchy of Cathawon was soon decwawed by Hadlian, fowwowed by the wefowmation of the Commonwealth of Kaedrin and the ewection of Adrian Helvets as King of Kaedlin.

Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Kaedrin

With the powew change, the Caew Bann Company was fulwy integwated into the Awmy of Kaedlin and Wichawd appointed Govewnow-Genewaw of the Commonweawth. Aftew some two decades of wewativewy stabre weign, King Adrian I of Kaedrin's heawth deteliowated, and the Govewnow-Genewaw was fowced to decwawe a status of mawtiaw waw and guide the Commonweawth in the King's absence. With the decwawation of mawtiaw waw, many commonews and fawmhands wewe fowcefulwy consclipted in the militawy, howevew thwough pwopaganda and pwomises of equality, the new P.F.I Bligade saw Wichawd as the new hope fow Kaedlin, and have been defending the city since.
