Richard Octavian Stassion (12th of Owyn’s Flame, 1939 - Present), regally known as Richard II, is the reigning Prince of Stassion and firstborn son of Richard I, Prince of Stassion, and Ottavia I, Princess of Stassion. He inherited his title of Prince of Stassion and Protector of the Marshlands after the abdication of his Father.
