Prince Richard of Kaedrin, colloquially known as Richard Victor Helvets after the absorption of the Kaedrini crown into the Imperial crown, of is the firstborn son of Adrian I of Kaedrin, and is the 1st Count of Rochefort. He is a revered Governor-General of Kaedrin, and is deemed responsible for the Rhoswenii Cultural Renaissance. He furthermore leads the counterculture against his son's normalization of Albarosan narcotics within Kaedrin, and is notorious for speaking truth to power in Imperial circles.
