Early Life
Cassius Horen was born of an imperial-royal status within the palace of Senntisten during the reign of Aurelius I, Emperor of Man, who had swept the boy from his mother's arms at the moment of birth in order to grant him an honorable education as a military protegee. Aurelius had sent the boy to live beside his exiled uncle within Aeldin, where he would be preoccupied with the teachings of battle strategy and general discord resolution. He was only allowed return at the age of 16, when he would immediately step into the limelight as a prodigy of combat.
Cassius, in his teenage youth, serviced the empire greatly through the command of various skirmishes and battles over the course of the Rebellion of Nordengrad, in which he did not lose a single fight. When the war had been won and Nordengrad subdued, he chose his path to enter the Imperial Legion.
