[*]Second commander (Annilir) of the Elberu'cinhir 'Bronze' forces. He succeeded Asthil Haumel, the founder of the Elberu'cinhir. [*]Commanded the Elven forces as a whole during the Bloc Wars of the Fringe. His experience gained through command in those battles and the defense of his district lead to the Elberu'cinhir becoming the most prominent chapter of soldiers among the three military chapters in Haelun'or at the time. To the extent that the mali'aheral chapter of 'weeping blades' was able to be dissolved in order to reform to higher standards. [*]Acknowledged with personally saving the life of two Sohaers, thwarting three confirmed assassination attempts or conspiracies. [*]He lead a successful, supposed, revolt against the mali'aheral dominated state of Haelun'or, after declaring martial law following the incapacitation of Sohaer Iatrilemar, forming the state of Laureh'lin after resistance was met with his declaration, concluding with him seizing the city of Annil'sul. The event is shrouded in controversy and inconsistencies to claims and documents is evident on all sides, it is generally accepted however that Phaedrus attempted to eliminate mali'aheral that adhered to the silver law, to the extent where some considered it genocide. [*]During his leadership of Laureh'lin he initiated talks with the Rexdom of the Uruks and formed a blood pact with its leader at the time, Reksam'Kog. Once this bond was made he then approached the Aesterwaldian Konig to formally organize a coalition force to lay siege to necromantic cults residing within a fortress in the swamps of Embermoore. Additional steps were made by other leaders in the coalition to bring the Dwarves of Urguan into the fight before the final battle commenced. The concluding battle ended in an utter decimation of the dark magic users and cult members. [*]He appealed to Grand King Fimlin Grandaxe of Urguan to hold a summit of world leaders from across the continent. The treaty of the Sun's Smile was produced after this summit and the major nations of Athera for the first time made an official bond in their fight against the Undead. [*]Phaedrus was banished from the state of Laureh'lin due to terms given by Haelun'or while deliberating Laureh'lin's surrender in a following war around a decade later, additionally agreed to be named 'the most vile elf to have ever lived'. [*]He took refuge away in secret before being seen again years later among the Orcs, earning his place in their society as an 'honorary Uruk'. Shortly after he was granted the privilege of becoming an apprentice farseer under Thurak'Yar by the Orcish Shamans as a collective group. [*]He is the first non-Orc in the entirety of recorded history to pursue farseer teachings successfully. [*]Additionally, he is regarded as a legendary smith both due to his race and the raw caliber of his skill. He has crafted works for several military chapters, regiments, orders, etc. of Elven, Human and Orcish origin. He has been a member of the Dwarven smithing guild and has built several forges over the course of his lifetime across capital cities of Human, Orcish and Elven nations. [*]The first known Elven Targoth (lieutenant of the War Nation) to any living Orc. [*]Upon the death of Rex Vrogak'Gorkil, established and lead a council known as the Kashaul, as Targoth. This would lay the groundwork for Phaedrus' eventual ascension to Rexdom itself. [*]The first non-Orcish Rex in recorded history. [*]Defeated the Holy Ser Atalf Benard in a duel to the death.
