After their town's destruction by the Undead the newfound "Gypsies" were graciously granted a plot of land next to the original Cloud Temple, courtesy of the then High Prince Native, and began a new life amongst trees and Elves rather than their familiar sands and ruffians. The original head of trade, Levant, encouraged the other remaining members to continue their economic ways and thus set in motion a series of monetary and political successes in the lands of Krugmar, Laurelin, and Oren. These successes brought the Gypsy's reputation in the world to a higher-than-normal standard for vagabonds, and secured their future political neutrality to all races. The Gypsies were able to easily escape the destruction of Aegis aboard several different ships and settled comfortably amidst the enormous redwood trees populating the Mallowyn Forest of Asulon.
