Mountain Monarchy

The Mountain Monarchy was the general government of the rebellious forces of Verthaik Frostbeard against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and it's Grand King at the time, Skippy Irongut. It's main stronghold was the hold of Tal'Azwyr, also holding the hold of Kal'Krest. It was disbanded after the rebellion was defeated by dwarven loyalist forces in the year 1519.

Tal'Azwyr, capital of the Mountain Monarchy and home to the Frostbeard Clan. In the upper right the statue of King Verthaik Frostbeard is clearly visible. In the center is the Frost-Tower, which rose up above the entrance to the Clan Hall.
