The Mountain Monarchy was the general government of the rebellious forces of Verthaik Frostbeard against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and it's Grand King at the time, Skippy Irongut. It's main stronghold was the hold of Tal'Azwyr, also holding the hold of Kal'Krest.
