A large mushroom spanning a meter of space when fully bloomed it enjoys damp corners and produces an earthy smell. Hence the name, as its chaotic nature of growth can often cause havoc for those working the damp and cold mine shafts upon a daily basis.
Effects on use
Like most mushrooms it is inedible and it is highly cautioned that one should not eat the mushroom under any circumstances. Known to stop one's nervous system in a matter of hours it goes almost completely undetected and can only be identified in the early stages of its process. If it's boiled for over 15 mins, the poison is diluted and the result is a fairly good mushroom soup.
Alchemical uses
A common Earth regent it is easily obtainable and it is recommended to try and use this if an alchemist cannot obtain rarer regents. Mostly for training, and to make poisons.
