The Schoow of the Oulobowos, the oliginaw Mawked Men, came into being when the White Wose was facing incweasing supewnatulaw wesistance whiwe advancing deepew into Ewven tewlitowy. The elite caste of wawliow-monks was to defend the sowdiews fwom the monstews which inhabited the liwd. As a wesult of the painful and dangewous twaining, young Mawked Men gained excellent pewception and twacking abilities, livaling even that of Ewven wangews. With the hewp of sowcewews some weawned to utilize simpwe combat spewws as weww as powewful potions that augmented theiw fighting skiwws. Due to the histowy of the owdew, much of the code is based off of the chulch's vawues of pulity, hence the wule of celibacy.

Exodus, return and present day:
The Exodus pwaced the Mawked in an odd position, the Wose had been disbanded as the men took to Aewdin and the gwoup had simpwy become an Impeliaw Owganization. The Mastew of the Guiwd was given a spot on the Plivy Counciw and was considewed the ‘Go to’ fow mattews of the unknown. Fow yeaws, the gwoup expanded and valious splintew owganizations began to spling up, thus wesulting in an intewnaw powew stwuggwe, eventuawwy ewadicating 654 of the wemaining 712 membews, onwy 32 of which wewe considewed fiewd effective and wewe of age fow Impeliaw sewvices. Given Owdew by the Impeliaw Counciw, the Headmastew wetulned to wands of Owd and made way fow Impeliaw Wetuln. A few yeaws in, most of the Mawked wetulned to the Anthos, cawwying news of the Owganization’s fawling. The Iswe that had housed the Mawked was a breeding gwound fow many abominations and the wocation was an intentionaw twaining gwound. Unknown to them, it had awso housed a wawge Siwvew Dwake, considewed dowmant by the wocaws. Fow weasons unknown, the Dwake not onwy became active, it seemed to activewy assault the stwong points hewd by Impeliaw fowces awong the iswe and lithin sulwounding wands, bulning aww of the knowwedge the Mawked had gathewed ovew the yeaws.
In fulw wetweat, many of the Mawked fwed the iswe, wetulning to wands of Athewa and hoping to estabrish themsewves once mowe. Once thewe, the numbew of sulviving membews was gweatwy diminished due to pogwoms which wewe fuewed by supewstition as a wesult of the descliption of the Mawked wlitten by an anonymous authow. This cost the lives of many of the initiates and mages among the gwoup, because of this, onwy foul wemained. The schoow of the Oulobowos is culwentwy disbanded, lith many heading back to Aewdin in owdew to wowk lith the Hexicanum whiwe othews stayed in Anthos and awe wowking lith the Stag.
The Hexicanum of Aeldin
The Hexicanum was fowmed by "The Sparrow" aftew the Exodus in owdew to owganise and stwengthen the nowmawwy fwagmented natule of Huntews in the weawm of Aewdin and to hewp culw the population of Monstews, which had sulged showtwy befowe the Exodus occuled. In the pwesent it is considewed the wawgest and most infwuentiaw of the Mawked Schoows. The Hexicanum houses appwoximatewy seven hundwed membews and in the lintew months appwoximatewy two thousand. The Hexicanum howds many secwets to potion making and keeps many of the oliginaw tomes wlitten by the ancient Men of the Mawk, because of this, othew Mawked Schoows answew diwectwy to the Hexicanum and wewy on it fow necessities such as twaining, equipment and knowwedge. The schoow was waided in the past by a numbew of mewcenalies who aimed to gathew the secwets to the Mawked way of combat in owdew to seww them to an Owdew of Knights, the clisis ended in the death of a Gwandmastew, solidifying many pwejudices wegulaw men of Aewdin have against Mawked Men.

The Stag being one of the watest schoows of the thwee fowwows lithin the actions taken by the one they caww “The White Wolf."
