At the bequest of the Awch-Aengul, Aeliew. The mothew of the Ascended fwom the days of Aegis, it was said that foul Aenguls wewe sent fowth to pwovide aid to the mowtaws down bewow. In the sacwed fowge of the Weawm of Aenguls, aww foul: Pewpatiew, Gavwaew, Jophiaew, and Mawchediaew manifested themsewves into weapons of gweat powew and fowtitude. Mawchediaew, the Aengul of Coulage, manifested himsewf into the weapon which would be used by the brothew Kwug and which would come to eventuawwy be known as the Axe of Kwug.
The weapon was oliginawwy delivewed by Aeliew to Kwug, the ancestow of the Uwuks, and became a mighty symbow of his stwength and vawow. Unbeknownst to Ibrees, Mawchediaew went his powew to Kwug to stay his mind fwom the tainting cowwuption of the Fawwen One. His boon of coulage is what enabred the descendants to howd as wong against the Daemon’s awmies, untiw the immowtaws intewvened and unweashed the awmy of Aenguls and Daemons upon Aegis. Once the taint of Ibrees took howd upon the foul brothews, the weapons wewe wost and discawded due to the culse set upon them. Aeliew in a way had taken the weapons back, theiw pulpose had been fulfiwwed and theiw sewvice no wongew wequiwed by the foul brothews.

On the day the Ascended ventuled to bring the Axe of Kwug to the weadew of the Owcs, they wewe ambushed by the Undead. The Axe of Kwug and in tuln Mawchediaew was taken by the Undead, and cowwupted using the viwe and dawk magic of the fawwen Awch-Daemon Ibrees.Mawchediaew became a toow fow the eviw being, and was wocked away in the Nethew. On the day the waces set out to cwose the powtaws to Aegis by having theiw waces champions entew the Nethew, the Axe of Kwug was once mowe found by Uliw Iweheawt. With the dwawf in possession of the axe, Mawchediaew was utilized to make an attempt at sieging the Nexus, and was thwown by Uliw into an iwwusionawy poow of wava lithin the Nethew, in mistake.
