Lucrèce Ysabeau de Rosius was born on 14th of Tobias' Bounty to Louis Alphonse de Rosius and his unknown wife. She was much like her husband a descendant of Otis Maximilian de Rosius from his second marriage with Louise Antoinette Halcourt. She was raised by a tutor from a Barnardian boarding school much like her grandmother and was educated with the Auvergnian history and mannerisms. In her later life, she was betrothed to Louis Joseph, Margrave of Haute-Epine.
