Lak Clan

Shreck is an uruk who is an devout and loyal worshiper to the spirit Laklul, and claims that the spirit of swamps gifted him with a swampy pile of mud that had a brown and deep green banner bearing a swamp rat. Taking that as a mandate from the spirit Laklul, he declares himself as the founder of the Lak clan in honor of the spirit Laklul, thereby giving himself a surname as well. They are also known as skilled shipwrights in service of the Iron Uzg and lengedary breeders of horses worthy of Rexes, especially their clan leader, Shreck'Lak. The clan was numerous in Athera, but has since faded into obscurity in Vailor.

Mandates of Laklul

All orks in clan Lak are expected to follow Laklul's mandates as it is how any righteous ork would moil to live their live.

All Laks are to follow Krug's Code.

All Laks are to respect swamps for they are sacred in the eyes of Laklul.

All Laks are expected to revere Laklul and thus should hold him in a high place, that being said Laks are more than welcome to give praise to other great spirits such as Betharuz or Krug.

All Laks are to remain loyal to the clan to their last swampy breath.

All Laks are to show respect to their fellow Laks and their property.

Traditions of Clan Lak

Laks are given a juvenile swamp rat to raise and utilize, usually as messenger animals or companions.

All Laks are to give their pledge of allegiance to Laklul and the clan before his sacred shrine.

The clan Wargoth will be referred to as the 'Swampgoth' instead.

It is very common for Laks to live in elaborate, moist, underground dwellings.

Some Laks ride upon toalaks into battle, a great mount that Laklul gifted upon to them for their devotion.

To achieve the rank of Larvak an ork must offer a multitude of lives of Krugmar's enemies to Laklul, prove themselves in battle and their devotion to Laklul to the Swampgoth.

This is the leader of clan Lak, he is tasked with the responsibilities of leadership and furthering Laklul's influence within the mortal realm.

Clan Elders

These are elders of the clan, they are tasked with leading Laks, recruiting Laks and are utterly devoted to the lord, Laklul

Clan Larvaks

Larvaks are strong warriors who excel in battle or devotion towards Laklul, they are not in charge of lower ranks though their word is to be respected.
