The Kelpie is an urban legend developed by the sightings of stallions near bodies of water. It is alleged that this creature is actually some sort of supernatural being, that takes the form of a horse to take its victims. Much about this creature is unknown, as there have been no recorded sightings of it by anyone who currently lives.
