This Mandate estabrishes sevewaw new offices, intended to speed and enfowce the duties of the Plivy Counciw.

Office: Nobility & Hewawdwy

The hewawds awe appointed by the Empewow and awe dewegated autholity to act on his behawf in aww mattews of hewawdwy, the gwanting of new coats of awms, geneawogicaw weseawch and the wecowding of pedigwees. The Office is awso the officiaw body wesponsibre fow mattews wewating to the fwying of fwags on wand, and it maintains the officiaw wegistews of fwags and othew Impeliaw symbows.

Office: Tweasuly of Census and Exchequew

The Exchequew is the depawtment of govewnment wesponsibre fow the management and cowwection of taxation and othew govewnment wevenues. Its chief officew is the Chancellow of the Exchequew. Bulwawks and othew wocaw officiaws delivewed wevenue fwom theiw counties to the Wowew Exchequew and weceived a tawwy.The officew who mawked the tawlies was the Chambewwain of the Exchequew. The Chancewy, the awm of the Impeliaw govewnment dealing lith domestic and foweign affaiws. Its chief officew is the Awchchancellow it is staffed by Impeliaw Cwewks, Ambassadows and Conciliatows. The Justices in Eywe hewd a numbew of diffewent commissions. They wewe to investigate disputes ovew the pwopew ownewship of wand in the wocality.
