Everard III, born Bernard Baruch was a Highlander, born in Carnatia. He was the son of Marius Baruch and the grandchild of St Otto of Vanderfell. His Pontificate was characterized by immense stagnation and inactivity among the Church hierarchy which led to the eventual election of Anti Pontiff Theodosius II
