Roodclarnen is a vassal settlement under The Kingdom of Norland, founded with the intention of the unification and gathering of both Oblazeki and Dunnfolk Gnomes. Located under the crimson leaves of the Norlandic maple forest in Aevos, the small hamlet hosts only a few humble houses and the occasional burrow or outbuilding. Roodclarnen's denizens are known for their iconic Gnomish whimsy and joyfulness, them always attempting to uphold the ideals of political neutrality despite their vassalage oaths to Norland.
