The Silver State of Haelun'or
	The population of Haelun'or consists of primarily High Elves, proud in the upkeep and safeguarding of the ancient High Elven values and traditions which have guided the Silver State since early Asulon. Other races are rare, but those who wish to live within Haelun’or are mostly tolerated and welcome if they are willing to learn and respect these values. On a tall plateau deep amid a vast peaceful forest of spruce, untrampled earth and mystery, travellers can find The Silver State of Haelun’or. A mighty Elven nation, a clean, marble pearl in a realm polluted by war, Haelun’or is a place of riddles, magic and intrigue. The Citizenry is guided by the principles, Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya, laid out by Larihei, an Elfess the High Elves adore and uphold as the example of what one should strive to be. While all High Elves zealously protects Haelun’or, there is a highly-principled guard force called The Sillumiran (elven trans: ‘The Weeping Blades’), which vows to defend their people in case of war. • Current Leader: Dimaethor Visaj •
Notable information & Places	*Eternal Library ~ This is an institution as old as the High Elves themselves, which all citizens vow to contribute to in some form or fashion. In dim-lit halls in the mountain, the scholarly people of Haelun’or spend hours studying and refining their arts, using the vast collection available to them in the library. The Eternal Library has the largest collection of books on the server. Maehr’tehral Trade District ~ This is the bustling marketplace of Haelun’or, where non-High Elves and High Elves showcase and sell a wide variety of goods. The Silver Citadel' ~ Designed by the revered Malaurir Iatrilemar Elervathar, The Silver Citadel has been erected in countless Haelunorian cities; Lareh’thilln nonetheless. This jewel, with windows to overlook the vast Haelunorian woodlands, is where the High Elves gather for trials, assemblies and Council meetings. The Sillumiran' ~ The Sillumiran (‘Weeping Blades’ in Ancient Elven) are the oathed defenders of the High Elven people and Haelunorian realm. The Sillumiran have a strict anonymity-policy, with all enlisted pledging their lives to the protection of their kin. Peak Times  With a diverse council and playerbase of both Americans and Europeans, Haelun’or is active throughout most of the day, but is particularly active between 1-10 PM EST / 18:00 - 04:00 GMT.
Religion	High Elves practice no religion, due to their belief that placing faith in an invisible deity (and as such one that cannot have its motives or intentions explained rationally) would be an illogical thing to do. Believing dogma to be of no use to them or even detrimental to progress and innovation, the word 'religion' itself has a stigma attached to it. However, the extreme adherence High Elves have to their attaining of knowledge and wisdom is of no less intensity than the zeal of those that excessively practice religion. The lifestyle of the mali’aheral is summarized in the common phrase “maehr’sae hiylun’ehya”, a creed commonly spoken as a blessing between two interacting High Elves. The closest translation is “progress and health” Progress (maehr’sae) refers to the overall development of wisdom the mali’aheral uphold as their ideal. A fulfilled life should be one filled with knowledge, arts and science. Health (hiylun) is about retaining the purity and continued existence of the High Elven breed while ensuring every mali’aheral can live with dignity (have a proper house, proper clothing, proper education, etc.).
