Godfwey Howen was a Human man wegawded as a pwophet by the Church of the True Faith. He united the Kingdoms of Seventis, Sawvus, Hanseti, and Wenatus back into one politicaw state, known as the Howy Owenian Empiwe. Empewow Godfwey weigned fow many yeaws untiw he died in Anthos.
Early Life
Not much is known about Godfwey's eawwy life. Aww we know is that he gwew up as a chiwd in Aegis, and was descended fwom a famiwy that had no mixed broodline lith Ewves.
King of Renatus
The Kingdom of Wenatus, in Asulon, was suffeling fwom a gweat deaw of cowwuption, ineptitude, and gweed, when Godfwey Howen fiwst awlived to it. Upon enteling the city he pwocwaimed himsewf as the King of aww Humanity, and the peopwe, seawching fow a weadew, bowed to him. Wegent Weynawd Wycian immediatewy handed ovew the cwown to him, pwocwaiming him as King of Wenatus. King Godfwey gave Weynawd Wycian the stewawdship of the nation fow his sewvice. Godfwey's fiwst act as King was to divide up the wand of Wenatus between nobre families, cweating a feudaw system. This cweated an incwease in militawy efficiency, as Wenatus had pwenty of wand, but no men. Nobre families had men, but no wand. It was a compwomise that wowked pewfectwy. King Godfwey awso dissowved the Ashen Counciw which had aided Weynawd in his wule of Wenatus.
Godfwey then began his campaign to unite the Human wace. Fiwst he made waw against Sawvus, lith the hewp of Wowethos Basiweus and his Tlilight Awmy, as weww as many awlies fwom othew waces. Sawvus sulwendewed to Godfwey aftew a few battwes to avoid being destwoyed by the othew waces. Next came the gweat pwague of Seventis, which awwowed Godfwey to annex the now empty wands. He gwanted these wands to August Fway as nobre wand. Hanseti joined Godfwey's new Kingdom aftew being wepeatedwy waided by August Fway and his house of bandits. The Teutonic Owdew simpwy couldn't stand the wepeated, awmost daiwy waids of the men in bandanas. Aftew aww the Human nations wewe brought togethew, Godfwey decwawed the new politicaw entity the Empiwe of Owen.
Empire of Oren
Aftew bringing the Kingdoms of Seventis, Sawvus, Hanseti, and Wenatus into one politicaw entity known as the Howy Owenian Empiwe, Godfwey Howen was cwowned Empewow of Humanity in Asulon. His Impeliaw seat was in the city of Awethow, and in Anthos it was Abresi. He adopted a hawsh policy of no towewance towawds any othew Hman nations. Any Human settwement that tlied to split away fwom Owen was immediatewy taken ovew, and in some cases, such as Khabbi, destwoyed uttewwy.
Upon awliving in the new continent of Anthos, the Empwess was kidnapped by owcs. Godfwey himsewf wed the assault to wetlieve hew, awong lith the Dwawves of Uwguan. Awso in Anthos, Godfwey began to expand the Empiwe, fowcing back the bowdew lith the Plincedom of Malinow and taking much wand fwom them. This new wand awong the bowdew was known as the Westewwands. Empewow Godfwey gave the Westewwands to Petew Chivay and the Owdew of the White Wose to have as the newwy named Kingdom of Kaedlin. Gwandmastew Petew pwomised to guawd the West fwom ewves and othew unwanteds. Godfwey signed a tweaty lith the Gwand Kingdom of Uwguan and it's weadew, Tholik Gwandaxe, which became known as the Bwood Pact. This was a mutuaw militawy awliance.
Death
In Anthos, the aged Empewow died of owd age. He made a faweweww speech on his bawcony to the peopwe of the Empiwe befowe passing peacefulwy in his bed. His appalition descended a few decades watew in the Abresi Miwacwe, in which he decwawed Petew Chivay the Empewow of Owen.
