Francisco de Pelear (Full name: Francisco Javier Carlos Duncan Cesarito de Pelear), also called Francisco I, is the second Viceroy of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia. Following the abdication and death of Cesar de Pelear, the founder of the Viceroyalty, Francisco was proclaimed as the next Viceroy and inherited his Father's throne under the suzerainty of the Kingdom of Haense. Francisco de Pelear is the first Monarch of Hyspia to be born within an independently-ruled Hyspia since Antonio I, King of Hyspia.
