Fish

Fish are small creatures that swim in the waters of the world. Much like squid, they are found in almost any water source, including lakes, oceans, puddles, seas, rivers, creeks, swimming pools and ponds. Fish have always been a popular food source among all races, especially Humans and Kharajyr. Fishing as an occupation or for leisure is very common among the Halflings.

Fish can be eaten raw, but is almost always cooked. It can be added to other dishes such as stews. In Anthos, the number and variety of fish is thought to be much higher than in any other realm.

Types of Fish

The Puvgump Fish is a venomous fish found rarely in the oceans near the Orcish badlands. It can inflate itself like a pufferfish, and the meat of the fish isn't actually poisonous itself unless the venom sack has ruptured.

The Stone Fish is a commonly found fish all over Anthos, It is nearly inedible due to it's hard outer shell but delicious on the inside.
