Eimar var Burgundar, also known as Eimar I (15th of the First Seed, 1625- 20th of the Grand Harvest 1665) called the Ram, for his reputation for swift and efficient manouvers in battle that have dealt the finishing blows, is the first Count of Götha and Baron of Geatea in the var Burgundar family.

Formation of White Peak, pre Renatus

Whilst travelling southwards with his future spouse, Eimar came across mountain that he would soon call home, with natural defenses of the forests, a nearby volcano, the wastes and tundras to the south and plains to his north, a more suitable location would be hard to find. Construction soon began and soon after the hamlet they had formed at the very top of the mountain, they were forced to further expand down along the slopes to ensure that the influx of settlers would have roofs over their heads.

Eimar, having only named himself the 'Custodian of White Peak' was soon raised by his general populace to the title of Baron of Geatea (Getja). To ensure that the plains to the north of White Peak were not unguarded, Eimar befriended the dwarven clans of the confederation of the hammers, a short lived but effective alliance that would see no military defeats.

The alliance to the dwarves put Eimar with his newfound Barony in a precarious situation, an untested militia had been formed under his watchful eye that was soon tested in battle by the dwarves of Kaz'Ulrah and the orcs of Krugmar, whom attempted to forcibly vassalize both Geatea and the Confederation of the Hammers. However, due to several military defeats, the Dwarven-Orcish offensives soon stopped with Eimars militia remaining undefeated and successful in defensive battles.

During one of the more notable battles, Eimar and his men were lead around the vast tunnels under the mountains of central Atlas to appear behind the Orcish and Dwarven raiders, whom where then swiftly caught off guard and "rammed" into the vast moat of Azgaryum, without a singular loss to his own side. After this event Eimar solidified his hold in the south and gained his blazon, the mountain Ram, which prides House var Burgundars banners.

Joining Renatus

During the minor conflict in the south, Eimar maintained a watchful eye on worldly politics, weighing his options and pondering on what direction that he wished for his family and people to go. He observed the failures of the Czena Confederation as it was repeatedly beat by the numerically inferior forces of Renatus, and after yet another crushing blow to the Czena Confederation, the advise of Hadrian Clovannus and the realization that Renatus expansion south would be inevitable, he chose to establish first contact with the Renatian government.

After swearing fealty to King Aurelius I Horen, Eimar became the official Baron of Geatea. And as an unintended consequence traders soon made their way south to the previously unheard of land in the south and trade flourished in White Peak, causing Eimars wealth to skyrocket to arguably the highest in south-eastern Atlas. However it also painted White Peak out to be a target to forces that were previously unaware of its existence which Eimar preemtively calculated was only a matter of time before someone struck and started to build new defenses in White Peak.

His expansions to most of his flanks eventually caused him to butt shoulders with a few of his neighbours, that were either removed, ceased to exist or were allied to Renatus, the largest of which being Curon, whos politics Eimar soon became heavily involved in, causing numerous, mostly public clashes with Linette I. He became a staunch and public critic of Linettes Curon after he after numerous occasions had to directly intervene in numerous raids on Curons direct vassal, the Barony of Arbor, as Linette was incapable of defending her own state and vassals independently. After Eimars pleas and criticisms were ignored by Linette, he started to investigate further into her seizure of House Devereux titles without being a legitimate blood relative, aswell as her treatment of the vassals of Curon, which only spurned more hatred between the pair.

Eimars criticisms, open letters and essays in regards to the issues of Curon caused a sizable amount of the general populace to leave Curon for Götha instead, most of these due to the status of being political refugees, which would garner two vassal houses under himself.

War Against Curon

Up until 1662, Götha and Curon had maintained a cold relationship, with numerous public arguments between the Count and Princess. With the Count starting most of these arguments in the square of Cyrilsburg to perhaps further undermine her rule infront of her own people. Though upon the Principality of Curons decision to withdraw from the N.A.A, Eimar was ordered by Lord-Marshal Antonius Horen to lay siege and through any means dissolve Curon. This led to the Storming of Cyrilsburg, later leading to the victory and annexation of Curon into the County of Götha.

Military Service

During the independence of White Peak, Eimar found himself having to utilize clever maneovers and tactics to ensure that he could preserve as much manpower and reusources as possible, opting only to fight those battles that he knew he could win, opting mostly for defensive battles which lead to some of his greatest victories in the field.

Eimar upon joining Renatus had his militia officially recognised as the "Rams Brigade" that withholds a respectable amount of troops under his direct command.
