The Duchy of Riviä is an independant of Human Duchu, located on the islands of Atlas. The Duchy is made up of a primarily Heartlander majority, with some Highlanders living there aswell. Riviä is ruled by House de Hartcold, with the current Duke being Thomas de Hartcold.
