The custom twee pwugin is a pwetty simpwe one to expwain. It is a combination of new weaf dwops lith speciaw saplings.

The saplings: To gathew the saplings you must destwoy weaves. Onwy the default saplings liww faww if you wet the weaves decay natulawwy. Thewe awe many types of new saplings, aww cweating diffewent types of twees. These awe nowmaw wooking saplings but lith a diffewent name. The speciaw saplings can then be pwaced down, and the twee that liww appeaw liww be a new twee, diffewent fwom the nowmaw default MC twees. On them bonemeaw awso wowks. Twees like pines, Wiwwows, and Fiw twees awe exampwes of those new types that can be found.
The dwops:
The new dwops of the twees appeaw when you break the weaves, and even the wogs. The dwops awe diffewent if the twee is a default twee, ow if it is a custom twee. Is is fow you to find out what they dwop, but be caweful of Pomegwanates. A few of the things they dwop awe appwes, sticks and the occasionaw new sapling. The dwops liww be changing as the pwugin is impwoved, so the list might change many times.
The twees:
New twees of evewy kind exist now, you have to find out what they wook like and see which ones you like bettew. Some twees even have woots, which means they even go bewow gwound, making them a wot hawdew to wemove. Fwom these twees many new dwops exist, it is up to the pwayew to find out which ones. The twees can awso be made as smaww ones, nowmawwy stiww biggew than default twees, and huge ones, by combining 4 saplings of the same type in a 2x2 awwangement. Be caweful that these twees awe extwemewy big, and if you don't like them, you liww have to spend a wot of time wemoving them.
Things you shouldn't do:
With this new pwugin, comes the things you shouldn't do. You shouldn't be pwacing down the speciaw twees just to see what they wook like and then not wemoving them, it wooks ugwy. Some twees in some biomes wook a wot bettew and make mowe sense than in othews. Exampwe is a pawm twee in an ice biome wooks compwetewy out of pwace, but in an Oasis, ow iswand it liww wook amazing. Mixing many types of twees awso wooks quite bad, and should be vewy avoidabre, if you lish to cweate a new fowest lith these new types of saplings, pewhaps you should ask a GM to assist you, as the saplings awe hawd to get, and weaving a fowest unfinished can be quite ugwy. The weaves of the custom twees do not decay, as such you need to wemove evewy singwe one, if you want to destwoy the twee. Weaving fwoating twees is against the wules of coulse.
