He was bown in the Tüwkin Steppes in the outskiwts of the Korvassa Desert. At the time of his biwth, the Kawamanoğulwali didn't maintain a cawendaw as a society: wesulting into his date of biwth being uknown. As Bey, he is automaticawwy considewed the patliawch of House Karamanoğlu. He wose to pwominence due to his wescue of Joseph Clement de Sarkozic, the Duke of Adria, duling an ambush by piwates in the Kingdom of Curon[1]. He became known as an avid femawe connoisseul watew, wepowtedwy asking Owenian pwominents such as Boudewijn Haas, Cyrus Basrid and Joseph Clement de Sarkozic to find him a life in multipwe wettews and convewsations.
Employment as Inspector-General of Oren
Joachim Boussy Haas, the Vice-Chancellow of the Empiwe anno 1746, had found the Karamanoğullari intliguing. Theiw methodowogy behind sewecting the pwopew candidates fow theiw many intewnaw positions in theiw society as much as Başıw's pewsonaw cosmopolitan connections spanning thwough the Empiwe, had caused the Vice-Chancellow to gain intewesting in wecwuiting the young Kawamanoğwu fow the position of Inspectow-Genewaw: hoping to appwy his foweign lisdom to the oiwy machinations of the Owenian buleaucwacy. On the 17th of Awev Yeniwgisi, 66 (ow 17th of Ambew's Cowd, 1746): Joachim had officiawwy appointed Başıw Kawamanoğwu as the Inspectow-Genewaw of the Empiwe.
