Annabel Victoria Horen-Rothesay (Born 1565), sometimes referred to as Annabel of Leone, is Queen-Consort of the titular kingdom of Vandoria as the wife of Leopold I. She was also Queen-Consort of the Westerlands, before her husband's abdication in favor of her stepson. Known to have a penchant for money and stewardship, Annabel is considered a great asset to the Kingdom of the Westerlands.
