The Muriettas are a commoner/peasant family who were first recorded back during the years of the Old Kingdom of Hyspia, with its first documented member and founder being Vicente Murietta. Since its inception, the Murietta family has had a variety of members who have influenced Hyspian history both directly and indirectly. However, most members of the Murietta family prefer to live quiet lives as farmers, soldiers, ranchers, or other such jobs and have a noticeable preference for the open countryside rather than urban areas. They are noticeably very devout to the Church of the Canon and remain devout followers to this day.
