The Barony of Adylith is a vassal of Curon, located on the islands of Atlas. The Barony is made up of a primarily Heartlander majority, Adylith is ruled by House de Hartcold, with the current Baron being Thomas de Hartcold.
Contents
History
The Barony of Adylith was founded in the year 1649 by House de Hartcold and it's former patriarch Thomas de Hartcold. Upon arriving at Atlas the members of House de Hartcold set to work on building their city of Swindon located in front of the Serpent Woods.

Culture and society
Majority of Adylith's ruling caste, including its baronial house, derives its line from Heartlander roots- and indeed, a good majority of its society embodies the typical troupes of such a culture.
Religion
The Church of the Canon is the state religion of the Barony of Adylith, with the majority of the humans within the Barony following it.
Nobility
The majority of the Barony's nobility come from Heartlander lineage, including its own ruling family House de Hartcold. Notable families include House de Hartcold-Yorke, House Harken, and House Thassaria.
Politics
The Baron of Adylith has absolute power as its sovereign and the head of the Adylithian Privy Council. All members of the council are appointed by the Baron. Privy roles within the Barony include the Grand Marshal, the Lord Treasurer, The Chief Steward, The Chancellor, Grand Knight and the Privy Seal.
Privy Council
The Privy Council of Adylith includes leading members of the realm, often vassals who own great fiefs. The council acts as advisors to the Barony, who offer their experience and wisdom, to ensure that the governance of the nation remains as efficient as possible. The Baron wields the power to veto any decisions made by his council.
Military
The official military of the Barony of Adylith is the Royal Army of Adylith, introduced under the reign of Lord Thomas I. The Army is made up of regiments with each regiment being a vassals guard force which they lead.
Succession
The Barony follows the principles of Agnatic Succession, meaning that the eldest male heir is the inheritor of all titles and lands, unless otherwise specified by the monarch.
Geography
The Barony of Adylith is located from the North West of the Cloud Temple and north from the Druid Grove.
