The Imperial Calendar was proposed in the Year of Our Lord, 1679. It was devised as a means to topple the Elven-centric calendar and further propagate human culture. All official documents following the Imperial Calendar Reform Act of 1679 have since followed the restructured calendar.

- The Sun's Smile was not altered in the Calendar Reform. It represents Sun and Fire, as well as the human Savoyard culture, for which had been dominant in human politics decades past.
- Harren's Folley reflects the hardest part of Winter and the betrayal of the Adunians.
- Sigismund's End reflects the fall, and the coming of the dark times. In his Holy Scroll, Sigismund prophesied the End Times.
- Horen's Calling represents the maiden of Humanity, Julia, wife of Horen.
- Owyn's Light reflects the guiding light of Owyn.
- Godfrey's Triumph stands for the unification of mankind; the First Empire.
- Tobias's Bounty refers to Fat Tobias, Saint of Merchants.
