The Most Serene State of Lurin
	Personal freedom, unusual laws, the Bastion of the Eshtaelites, and a government formed by Sutican mercenaries characterize this multiracial society. Cultural Aspects	a fairly laid back community, though with individual freedom put above all else as you will find mages, alchemists and free spirited folk everywhere in the realm. enjoying the freedoms granted by the state, they often find work for the state where they can aid and develop themselves through varying projects that get put forth by the government or The Silver Lubba themselves. It was founded by a Sutican mercenary company called The Silver Lubba Band, which still has visible roots within the government structure most government branches are called divisions due to the more military nature of The Silver Lubba themself.
