History
Micah O'Connell was the Thain of the Halflings during the village of Brandybrook. There he served for many years, and his Thainship was marked with many festivals, parties, and other examples of Merrymaking. He took over after thain Rollo Applefoot and Isalie Gardner would go on to serve as Thain afterwards.

Appearance
Fair skinned, curly, mousy brown hair, blue left eye and brown right eye. Micah had heterochromia. Often he was seen wearing suspended brown trousers, a white shirt, green necktie and most recognisably a short, hooded red cloak.
