To all the privy councilors, high vassals and nominal peerage of the Realm, and to all Orenian subjects. Blessings upon you and your House. I submit to you an update to a variety of illegalities and the sentences I will be granting to them. Let no man claim ignorance as an excuse. If you fail to read this to your later astonishment when you are prosecuted and struck with the hammer of justice, this is your own consequence.
