The Treaty of The Silver Branch

Across Vailor, the fires of war erupted as heated tensions flared into what has become a bitter rebellion. Alas, on the sixth of Malin’s Welcome, more children of this month’s namesake find themselves at home again within the Holy Orenian Empire. Under the guidance of Lothaire d’Amaury, the Imperial administration and the Sohaer of The Silver State Haelun’or have come together and seen to this conflicts end.
The contents of this passage shall serve as a standing diplomatic resolution between the Holy Orenian Empire and The Silver State of Haelun’or. Those participating in this document will henceforth declare adherence to the terms, under oath of blood and soul under GOD. As such, the details of the treaty will be written in the following statutes.
- At the end of every Saint’s Month, six books of enchantment shall be provided by The Silver State of Haelun’or to the Holy Orenian Empire.
- A one time levy of up to 3000 minae will be open for the Holy Orenian Empire to enforce in case of emergency from The Silver State of Haelun’or.
- Autonomous rule for The Silver State of Haelun’or will be assured and protected by the Holy Orenian Empire as the vassal of the latter.
- The previous provision that saw The Silver State of Haelun’or serve underneath the Dominion of Malin is now null, ensuring that the Silver State is a direct vassal beneath the Imperial Crown.
