Saint Tobias of Rosemoor, known before his accession as Brother Blue and Tuvya Sigismund, and regally as Tobias I (High Imperial: Tobias Sigimundus; Raevir: Tuvya Siegmundovic) (19th of the Sun's Smile, 1408 – 13th of the Grand Harvest, 1501), of the House of Carrion, was Holy Orenian Emperor from the death of his son Boris I in 1467 to his abdication in 1480. Being the illegitimate son of Sigismund to Lorin of Kaedrin, he was commonly called Rosebud in reference to his mother's line, the House of Chivay.
