King Thomas Eiriksson Ruric, also known as 'The Rat' or The Salt King, was the son of Sven I Eiriksson Ruric, a paragon of the Red Faith. Thomas was also a lord of the riverlands within the Principality of Dreadlands, presumed dead after he went missing, prior to losing the Battle against the Holy Orenian Empire in a large field battle sometime during his reign in the Dreadlands. Thomas's life was mainly spent fighting an ever lasting war against the Imperials during both the Third Rurikid Uprising and the Krajian Rebellion.
