The Lord of the Craft utilizes a plugin called ModTRS. This plugin allows users to send in "tickets" similar to the system seen in World of Warcraft. GMs can then check for the "tickets" and help the users. These Modreqs are useful for gaining information not known by a player that a GM would know. They can also be used for regioning issues, reporting damage to the Landscape, changing locks, checking on griefing, lockpicking and many other situations.

Commands

  • /modreq [message] - This command lets you request something from the Moderation Team.
  • /creq [message] - This command lets you request something from the Community Team.
  • /sreq [message] - This command lets you request something from the Story Team.
  • /wreq [message] - This command lets you request something from the World Team.
  • /dreq [message] - This command lets you request something from the Development/Technical Team.
  • /areq [message] - This command lets you request something from the Administrator Team.

Requesting Help

To request help from a GM, use /modreq [message]. Replace "[message]" with the message you want to be sent to the GMs. Pressing your Tab button or typing /modlist will list all the GMs online.

Checking and Closing

If you want to check if your modreq is being handled (or if you have any modreqs open), you can type /check to list all of your modreqs. Notice that when you type this, a number will be next to your request. If you decide later that you don't want your request to be open anymore, you can close it by typing /done [request #]. Replace "request #" with the number of your request.
