The Lord of the Craft utilizes a plugin called ModTRS. This plugin allows users to send in "tickets" similar to the system seen in World of Warcraft. GMs can then check for the "tickets" and help the users. These Modreqs are useful for gaining information not known by a player that a GM would know.
