GMs can then check for the "tickets" and help the users. These Modreqs are useful for gaining information not known by a player that a GM would know. They can also be used for regioning issues, reporting damage to the Landscape, changing locks, checking on griefing, lockpicking and many other situations.

Checking and Closing

If you want to check the status of your ticket, you can type /check to list all of your tickets open. Notice that when you type this, a number will be next to your request. If you decide later that you don't want your request to be open anymore, you can close it by typing /done [request #]. Replace "request #" with the number of your request.

Please be patient when waiting for a ticket to be answered.
